The 4 Spires software instantiates a closed-loop conversation model and assists users by enforcing and documenting the progress of the agreement from negotiation through to completion.
Requester makes a request of a Performer
The Requester asks for something on a particular date. There can be an Observer. After describing the request, the Requester clicks Submit. The system sends an email to all parties.
Performer agrees (or not)
The Performer gets notified of the new request via email, and clicks a link to enter the system. Once in the system, the Performer can Agree, Make a Counter-offer, or Decline. The system sends confirming emails.
Having agreed, the Performer delivers
Once agreement is reached, the Performer performs and when done, clicks Deliver. The system notifies the Requester.
Requester acknowledges delivery
Once the Performer has delivered, the Requester has options to acknowledge the delivery or request rework.
